When I first started looking for a house to purchase in the Valley I was not familiar with the neighborhood at all. Rita does a great job of literally mapping the entire areas by driving to each location and introducing the neighborhood (schools, parks, markets, etc.). She helped me to narrow it down to a specific geographic location, in my case Valley Village, within the Valley. She was not only showing me the house but also making me picture myself in that neighborhood. She is wonderful at making sure that when she finds a house it will have features that will satisfy the needs of every family member.
